Claire Chappell discussed regarding the assets available for industry to

 use.

The assets discussed have now all been uploaded to the Business Wales

website for ease of reference and can be found here:

On this page, you will find the following downloads:

 · 'How to keep records' - this includes detailed guidance on how

to keep records on customers, staff and visitors.

 · 'Maintaining Records - poster' - this is a poster for

hospitality businesses to download and display on their premises for

 customers to view.

 3 'easy read' checklists including:

 · 'Social Distancing - Checklist' - a short easy-read checklist

for hospitality businesses in terms of implementing social distancing

 measures on their premises.

 · 'Keeping Records - Checklist' - a short easy-read checklist for

hospitality businesses on the do's and don'ts in terms of collecting and

 keeping records.

 · 'Hygiene - Checklist' - a short easy-read checklist for

hospitality businesses on hygiene factors and keeping their workplaces

 safe.

As promised, we will follow up with a concise and easy to understand

summary of the new policy guidance for Wales on face coverings and the

rule of 6 - and other hot topics such as keeping records (and

implications through the new NHS Covid-19 App). This to be shared once

 completed.

As discussed, an invitation will be issued shortly for you to attend a

detailed briefing session on the new NHS Covid-19 App. In the meantime,

you can find guidance for businesses on the new App (including how to

register for and download the associated QR code poster) here:
