Cashflow Forecast User Guide

Open the spreadsheet and save it to your desktop/ homescreen.

Each heading on the left is a suggested heading which may/or may not, be relevant for your business. If you do not have such a financial entry then delete it by right clicking on your mouse on the heading and selecting Delete, then delete entire row or column if you want to.
To enter a new heading either type over an existing one or right click on a blank cell under an income or expense heading and click Insert, then select insert entire row or column depending on whichever need you have.

Income section; Unlikely to have anything to put in this section currently and you may want to consider that we do not know how soon the crisis will end and how soon we will start to get income again, but if you do have a known income that will not be affected by the crisis; or you anticipate income starting at a certain time this year; then enter the figures under the relevant month for the expected monthly total for this heading.
You will notice that as you enter figures certain other cells populate with data to help you ensure all calculations are done automatically. Do not overtype these cells.

Expenditure section; You will have data for each heading and again you may have more headings so please populate each cell with the total value which you know, or expect to be facing having to pay in each month as a TOTAL figure, so you may have to do some adding or subtracting before putting a figure in these cells/ Again you will see other cells populating with data automatically so please DO NOT OVERTYPE these cells.

If you have any issues with completion, please refer to help guides available on the internet if it relates to the spreadsheet operation, or email chairman@llandudnoha.co.uk if you have a query on content.

Your Bank may not ask for these details or may ask for more, but completing this work before Monday 23rd March will place you in a good position to obtain the financial support required for your business.
