Update
As you will be aware WG are desperately trying to save face after the
essential products sham, so hence the rapidly changing grants situation.
However, they have requested all authorities to issue the forms and
guidelines at 3pm today.
We've now been informed that the application process for the grants will be an online process and the application forms previously provided are now not valid.
