Guidance Update.

For operators of road, rail, tramway and water passenger services (e.g.
coach, bus and tour operators, heritage railway and boat trips) -
defined as Public Transport Services under the Coronavirus Regulations -
the Welsh Government has issued __Guidance on public transport_ [1]_,
and operators must have regard to it. Some operators may run
tours/excursions from their premises. In these circumstances, when
undertaking your specific COVID-19 Risk Assessment and deciding what
reasonable measures you will implement, this Tourism and Hospitality
guidance should be considered in addition to having regard to the
guidance on public transport.

As discussed we are updating the wording in the Tourism and Hospitality
guidance to provide more information but in essence:
- the organised activities limits on gatherings have a bearing on how
coach groups can operate (outside of the vehicle);
- all other operations are as per the latest restrictions so for
hospitality premises then the limits in general for hospitality (e.g.
rule of 6 outdoors from Monday) would be what applies.

A Business Action Card  is also available and this provides you with
information on how to keep COVID-19 out of your premises, what action to
take when an employee or customer tests positive and how can you
minimise the spread of COVID-19 in your business. This has also been
shared as guidance to enforcement officers with Environmental Health
teams and Incident Management Teams at Local Authorities for use as they
visit hospitality businesses. A new poster is available in the Addo
toolkit  for hospitality businesses to print and display on your
premises encouraging your customers to follow your guidance to support
your staff.

Also we have some updated checklists:

Updated checklists are available to support the Guidance for Tourism and
Hospitality businesses . These checklists outline the key measures
for Social Distancing , Hygiene and Keeping Records you
should implement to keep your staff, customers and visitors safe.

In respect of Test Trace Protect, there isn't a template in production -
because individual businesses are geared up differently, it was decided
they should have the flexibility to capture the information in a way
that suits their individual business the best. The information that
they need to capture is listed in the guidance - pulled out below for
ease:

What information needs to be collected?

_Information sufficient to enable a person to be contacted to inform
them they may have been exposed to the coronavirus._

_Staff_
_*The names of staff who work at the premises._
_*A contact telephone number for each member of staff._
_*The dates and times that staff are at work._

_Customers and visitors_
_*The names of customers or visitors_
_*A contact telephone number for each customer or visitor_
_*Date of visit and arrival and departure time_
