Update for members regarding insurance policy cover following last nights directive to close issued by the government.

Following last nights directive by the government to close, members may find the attached reply from insurance companies useful.

“Please see below from our FAQ's, I would imagine this is now classed as compulsory quarantine but will only apply to the customers who chose to add the Advanced Bookings cancellation cover. "

Unfortunately the position remains the same that pandemics are not covered under "Business Interruption cover.”
