ERF support from Welsh government.
This letter may be worth reading in relation to any ERF you may have already taken from Welsh Government,
or before you commit to taking any future ERF support from Welsh government.
As I'm sure you can imagine we are making representations through
various levels to challenge the legality of this.
If members are considering paying back any ERF that they have received
as a result of this letter I would be grateful to know as I can feed
this back to WG along with the details of the redundancies resulting
from it.
