No alcohol to be served at all and  indoor settings to close


New restrictions for Wales from Friday 4th December.
Mark Drayford has announced that no alcohol may be served in cafes, bars and restaurant and they should close by 6pm including the Christmas period. The number of people mixing remains the same ie four people from up to four households may meet indoors.
There will be a formal announcement about possible restrictions on travel to Wales by the end of the week and then a review of these restrictions on 17th December.
There will be £160k available for tourism and hospitality. New grants available through the NDR in the same way as before, administered by the local councils and also grants of up to £100k for SME's and up to £150k for larger businesses which will be based on numbers of employees and operating costs.These grants will be administered by Business wales.
