Steam Data 2021

Please could you help by completing a very short form for the STEAM Occupancy Survey for 2021 – Services Accommodation (Hotels, Guest Houses, B and B’s)

 

As you may or may not know, Conwy County Borough Council have been collating information for the STEAM survey for the last few years.

 

Tourism data across the UK is collated using a standard method (STEAM) so that we can compare and contrast destinations. Collecting up to date data is so important for Conwy, as it is used to attract and inform investors both in retail and tourism.

 

Your information will give us an indication of how hospitality businesses have been affected by the pandemic.

 

There are five sectors which are:

 

Serviced Accommodation i.e. hotels, guest houses, B and B’s

Self Catering Accommodation

Camping and Touring

Static Caravans

Attractions

 

The form for serviced accommodation is attached to this email

 

The data you supply will be anonymous and will be complied into a county return. Your individual data will not be shared with any other organisation.

 

Please would you be kind enough to complete the form that is relevant to your business and return it to me by Wednesday 25 May 2022.
