Face masks in shops to be mandatory in Wales
from Monday 14th September

First Minister Mark Drakeford has set out changes to the coronavirus
regulations in Wales announcing that people in Wales must wear face
masks in shops and other indoor public spaces from Monday 14 September
2020, but they would not be mandatory in workplaces.

Indoor meetings of more than six from an extended household will be
illegal from Monday 14 September 2020.

The rule will not apply to children under 11 and up to 30 people from
different homes can still meet outside.

The new restriction will apply in pubs and restaurants, as well as
private homes.

Mae’r Prif Weinidog Mark Drakeford wedi datgan y newidiadau i
reoliadau’r coronafeirws yng Nghymru gan gyhoeddi bydd gwisgo mygydau
mewn siopau a mannau cyhoeddus caeedig yn dod yn orfodol yng Nghymru o
ddydd Llun 14 Medi 2020, ond ni fyddent yn orfodol mewn gweithleoedd.

O ddydd Llun 14 Medi ymlaen bydd hi hefyd yn anghyfreithlon i fwy na
chwech o bobl o aelwyd estynedig ymgynnull dan do yng Nghymru.

Ni fydd y rheol yn berthnasol i blant o dan 11 oed a gall hyd at 30 o
bobl o wahanol gartrefi barhau i gyfarfod y tu allan.

Bydd y cyfyngiad newydd yn berthnasol mewn tafarndai a bwytai, yn
ogystal â chartrefi preifat.
